Joseph Buscemi
Marketing Production & Technical Support
Joseph Buscemi joined Baldwin Management in early 2026, bringing more than a decade of experience in marketing and communications.
With a diverse background that combines creative strategy and technical execution, Joseph specializes in digital and social media marketing, as well as specialized technical support. A 2014 graduate of Neumann University, Joseph earned his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Communications and was selected during his college years to serve as a Student Ambassador to the President, a role that helped develop his leadership and communication skills. Outside of work, Joseph is an avid Philadelphia sports fan who enjoys attending live games and concerts, as well as spending time vacationing at the Jersey Shore.
Bryan Thomas
Internal Accounting Associate
Bryan Thomas joined Baldwin Management in March 2026 and brings a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and business systems management. Bryan earned his Bachelor of Accounting from Temple University’s Fox School of Business in 2020, following earlier degrees in Computer Science from Pennsylvania State University and Business Management from Montgomery County Community College. Prior to joining Baldwin, Bryan held accounting roles with Legends Global, Independence Blue Cross, and CenTrak, where he developed experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, forecasting, compliance, and data analytics using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, MySQL, and Excel. His blend of accounting expertise and technical proficiency makes him a valuable addition to the Baldwin team. Bryan is also actively involved in community service through his long-standing volunteer work with St. Jude Indian Catholic Youth Mission.
