Baldwin Management is proud to welcome David C. Peppard as President and Chief Operating Officer. In this role, David is responsible for leading the firm’s strategic operations and investment initiatives, helping to guide Baldwin’s continued growth while reinforcing its commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
David brings more than 20 years of industry experience, and a deeply rooted investment philosophy centered on long-term value creation. He champions an “owner’s philosophy” of investing, focusing on durable growth opportunities designed to support clients in achieving their long-term financial goals. His leadership reflects both a disciplined investment approach and a strong commitment to aligning strategy with client outcomes.
Prior to joining Baldwin, David spent over 12 years at The Haverford Trust Company, where he served as Vice President and Portfolio Manager.
He also held a Vice President role at Janney Capital Markets, specializing in equity analysis and market research. Across these roles, David developed a strong track record of thoughtful portfolio management and strategic insight.
