Nell brings a variety of valuable work experience to Baldwin. Following a successful career as a Field Service Engineer, and later as a Technical Training Manager in the Semi-Conductor Industry, she transitioned to the Health Care Industry. Nell recently retired from Thomas Jefferson University Hospital following 18 years as a Data Analyst in the Department of Quality and Safety. While at Jefferson, Nell earned a BA degree from Cabrini University in Organizational Management with Summa Cum Laude Honors and a Pharmacy Technician Certification which she still maintains. Currently, Nell volunteers as a member of the board of the Mid Atlantic AAU Scholarship Committee. Nell enjoys all things Irish – from traveling to Ireland extensively to visit friends and family there, to supporting and enjoying the music, song, dance of Ireland here at home. Spending time with her family and friends including her rescue Pit Bull Fiona is her favorite thing of all.
