Peter H. Havens

Chairman of the Board, Investment Portfolio Manager

Peter Havens founded Baldwin Investment Management, LLC in 1999 after serving as a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Vice President of The Bryn Mawr Trust Company. Previously he organized and operated the family office of Kewanee Enterprises. Peter received his B. A. from Harvard College and his M. B. A. from Columbia Business School. He serves as Chairman of the Lankenau Institute for Medical Research. He is a Board member of AAA Club Alliance, Main Line Health, The Lankenau Medical Center Foundation, and the former Vice Chairman of Main Line Health. He is a Trustee Emeritus at Ursinus College, Chairman Emeritus of the Board for the Independence Seaport Museum, former Trustee of the Leukemia Society of America, and a former board member of Main Line Health Realty and Lankenau Development Inc. He was also the Chairman of the Board of Petroferm, Inc. and a Board member of Nobel Learning Communities Inc.

Susan Berry-Gorelli

Chief Executive Officer, Investment Portfolio Manager

Susan Berry-Gorelli also is the Director of Research and a Portfolio Manager of Baldwin Investment Management. She has over 30 years of individual and institutional investment and risk management experience in the financial services industry. Susan attended The College of William and Mary and the University of Delaware, earning a B.A. in Economics and History, Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She is the Board Vice President of the Colonial Theatre in Phoenixville, and also serves on the finance committees of the French and Pickering Conservation Trust and the Whitemarsh Boat Club.

Eric T. Meck, CMA

Chief Financial Officer, Managing Director & Controller of Family Office Division

Eric Meck has more than thirty years of family office accounting and tax experience. He handles all aspects of individual, family, corporation and foundation financial matters. Eric holds a B.S. in Accounting from Kutztown University and is a member of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants, the National Association of Tax Professionals and National Society of Tax Professionals.

Christina McCloy

Chief Compliance Officer, Director of IT Management, & Employee Operations

Christina has served as the Chief Compliance Officer for Baldwin since 2024. She has been a part of the Baldwin family since 2014 and has served in a variety of capacities throughout the years.  In addition to compliance oversight, she manages and oversees all technology and organizational functions for Baldwin. In this position, she works closely with the board of directors, investment management team, and the family office staff.  She has 20 years of executive administration experience with over over 15 of those in the financial industry. Additionally, Christina is the chairperson for the Baldwin Compliance Committee, which serves to ensure the firm stays on course.

Christina serves as a board member and the fundraising chair of The Norristown Community Chorale and has been a member since 2022. She also is a member of the Norriton Fire Engine Company as of 2024.

Cathy L. Berry

Managing Director

Cathy Berry is a Portfolio Manager of Baldwin Investment Management with a total of thirty-four years of experience in the financial world.  She is a financial advisor and an active participant in The Sandy River Charitable Foundation, including evaluating mission related and locally based direct investment opportunities. She is personally focused on sustainable agriculture, building sustainable communities and investing in responsible companies.  She is one of the founders of BALLE, focusing on creating vibrant local economic communities and one of the founders and board members of Slow Money, a nonprofit focusing on creating alternative investment structures to encourage and allow people to invest in local food systems.   She is on the Board of Sterling College in Craftsbury, VT and Bristol Bakery, LLC in Bristol VT.   She is also an investor in Bristol Bakery, LLC.

She currently lives in rural Vermont.

Jared V. Quereau, CFA®

Managing Director

Jared Quereau is a Portfolio Manager and Investment Committee member for Baldwin Investment Management.  He has 25 years of industry experience and joined Baldwin in 2020.  Most recently, Jared held the roles of Portfolio Manager and Technology sector analyst at BB&T Securities, the successor firm of the Stratton Management Company.  His prior experience includes Equity Trader at Great Point Capital and Registered Representative at Charles Schwab & Company.  Jared earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Philadelphia.

Richard K. May, MBA

Managing Director

Richard founded his financial advisory firm in 1980, which was one of the early fee-only advisors in the industry. He received his B.A. from Princeton University and his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.

In 2007, Richard founded the West Chester LLC, a private equity company that promoted and funded business start-ups and public projects in the Borough of West Chester. In 2011, he co-founded the Uptown! Entertainment Alliance and the Uptown! Bravo Theatre, LLC. Together they purchased and rehabilitated the National Guard Armory, and then opened the Uptown! Knauer Performing Arts Center in 2016. Richard has served on the boards of many non-profits and community service organizations over the years.

Joe Much, CFA®

Associate Managing Director

Joe hails from Wilmington, Delaware, where he spent most of his life. He earned his undergraduate degree in finance from Temple University before furthering his education with a graduate degree in investment management, also from Temple University. Holding the CFA charter, which he achieved in 2022, Joe aligns with the caliber of professionals at Baldwin.

Before joining Baldwin, Joe served as the Director of Investments for a financial advisory firm at Northwestern Mutual in Albuquerque, New Mexico. His passion for all facets of the market drives him to dedicate substantial time researching, analyzing, and forecasting investment opportunities. Moreover, Joe finds fulfillment in working with clients, guiding them towards financial freedom through meticulous long-term investment strategies.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Joe indulges in golfing, outdoor activities, and competes in strongman weightlifting competitions. His favorite financial quote is, “The market can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent.”

Jeff Stallings, CPA, CFP®

Managing Director

Jeffrey Stallings has over 30 years of Accounting and Finance experience. He began his career at a regional accounting firm where he earned the CPA designation. At Baldwin he serves as the firm’s Head Trader, handles the Financial Planning needs of clients and manages the Operations function at Baldwin.

Jeffrey earned his B.S. in Business Administration/Accounting from Millersville University and is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants

Sanil Daptardar

Associate Managing Director

Sanil Daptardar has over 23 years of Financial Analyst experience. He began his career by writing and publishing equity research reports on the Metal and Gold sectors at Merrill Lynch & Co. and ABSA Securities. At Baldwin he serves as an Associate Managing Director and Trader, and is also a member of the Investment Committee, providing insight and market knowledge on Consumer Staples, Consumer Discretionary, and Industrials.

Sanil earned his B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering at the University of Poona, India. He went on to earn his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Bombay, India as well as a Masters of Science in Management (Finance) at the New Jersey Institute of Technology, NJ.

Michelle McKeown

Investment Administrator

Michelle joined Baldwin Investment Management in 2023. She is a seasoned equity trader with a proven track record of success in navigating complex financial markets. With 20 years’ experience in the industry, Michelle has developed a deep understanding of market dynamics, risk management strategies, and investment principles. Michelle holds a B.S. in Business from Pennsylvania State University.

Johanna Winslow

Principal, Investment Administrator

Johanna Winslow serves as an Investment Administrator at Baldwin.  With over 45 years of experience in the securities business, she came to us from Brown Brothers Harriman & Company, where she was an Investment Officer.  Jo earned a B.S. degree in Management, Marketing and Finance, Magna Cum Laude from Holy Family University, Philadelphia.  She has served on the Board and as past President of Encore of Bonita Springs, including chairing their Charitable Giving Committee.  She also serves as the Board Secretary and is on several committees for the Gulf Coast Poodle Club & Rescue.

Katharine Dunlevy

Account Manager

Katharine is the liaison between RKM-Baldwin clients and staff. She works with the managing directors on administrative tasks and preparation of client investment reviews.

Katharine received her B.A. from the University of Delaware and MBA from Florida Tech. She also has a Master Certificate in Project Management from Villanova and a Diploma from the University of Galway in Irish Archaeology.

Gail Branson

Client Service Specialist

Gail joined RKM/A Baldwin Company in early 2024 after spending 27 years with Moody’s Analytics, where she worked as Director of Client Engagement, helping to build long-term relationships with clients and economists. Gail was recognized with a Gold Stevie Award in Sales & Customer Service and created a Business Analytics Mentorship program. She sits on the President’s Board of Directors at West Chester University.

David Buten

Counsellor

David Buten is a Counsellor of Baldwin Investment Management. David came to Baldwin from Prudential Securities, where he was a 1st Vice President and a Prudential Securities Portfolio Manager. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and has been in the investment business except for a twelve year period as the director of a museum specializing in Wedgwood Ceramics. He authored and co-authored seven books on ceramics. He was the past Chairman of the Board of Philabundance.

Benjamin Meck, CPA

Deputy Managing Director of Accounting Services

Benjamin joined Baldwin Family Office in 2023 after spending 8 years gaining experience in corporate, cost, construction, and property accounting. He holds a B.S.B.A in both Accounting and Finance from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. He earned the CPA designation in 2022. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Tax Professionals, and the Construction Financial Management Association.

Matt Civitello

Deputy Managing Director of Tax Services

Matt joined Baldwin Family Office in 2023 after working in various small and mid-sized tax firms, focusing on High and Ultra High Net Worth clients over the past 10 years. He specializes in clients with real estate holdings, constructions companies, unique investment and retirement situations, as well as payroll. Matt graduated from Temple University with a B.S.B.A. in Accounting and is working towards his EA designation. He is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals.

Melissa Abraham

Tax Associate

Melissa joined Baldwin Family Office in 2024, bringing over six years of experience in client-facing roles across a variety of tax firms. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus in Accounting from Penn State Abington. At Baldwin, Melissa primarily focuses on tax preparation for individuals and businesses, while also assisting with a range of other accounting needs.

She is a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals. She remains actively engaged in her community and currently serves on the board of the Karuna Cancer Charity at St. Thomas Indian Orthodox Church. In her free time, she also runs an Etsy shop selling custom products. She is also fluent in Malayalam, which helps her connect more deeply with clients in the Indian-American community.

Sophie Otto

Staff Accountant

Sophie joined Baldwin Family Office in 2025, bringing with her two years of internship experience at both small and mid-sized accounting firms. She is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting at The Pennsylvania State University. At Baldwin, Sophie primarily supports bookkeeping functions while also developing her expertise in tax accounting. In addition to her technical skills, she is fluent in German, enhancing her ability to serve a diverse client base.

Keegan Skinner

Accounting Advisory Associate

Keegan is an Accounting Advisory Associate at Baldwin Family Office, where he draws on over a decade of experience in finance and real estate to deliver strategic insights and drive operational efficiency for clients. He holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Accounting and Data Analytics from Villanova University (Class of 2022) and joined Baldwin in 2025.

Before Baldwin, Keegan held senior finance and advisory roles at both startups and established firms, specializing in building internal financial systems and enhancing profitability. He is also the founding partner of a multi-million-dollar real estate development firm and currently serves as a Senior Finance Officer in the Pennsylvania National Guard, where he has served since 2018.
