As a seasonal Tax Administrator, you will work closely with the Baldwin Family Office (Tax preparation) team to support them in document management, processing finalized tax returns, communicating and delivering instructions to clients, and managing payment requests and processing for tax payments related to client tax needs.
This is a part time position (3 days a week – Tues/Wed/Thurs)
This position is set to being on Jan 2nd 2024 – May 3rd, 2024.
High School Diploma
Administrative Experience (3-5 years minimum)
Tax Administration (preferred)
Experience with CCH Axcess (preferred but not required)
