Due to the overgrowing concern of the Coronavirus epidemic, we felt it was prudent to inform you that Baldwin Management does have a business continuation plan in effect should the need arise for our office to implement it.
Each and every employee of Baldwin Management and its subsidiaries, is provided with the ability to work remotely from their homes, should any kind of quarantine be put into effect within our areas. This remote access is secure and regulated by the highest industry standards. We require each employee to have a two-step authentication method to access your information and all backups of our data will continue as regularly scheduled, which is on a nightly basis. Our phone system is also set up to be rolled over to our personal devices should the need arise to implement our continuation plan. Baldwin’s servers are housed in a secure datacenter in Philadelphia, which has two separate backup datacenters in the United States. One is located in the Midwest, and the other is located on the West Coast.
We are prepared, in every way, to provide the upmost service that you are accustomed to by all of Baldwin’s employees, regardless of location.
